How to chose a blender or a food processor?
I am searching for the ultimate blender or food processor; I would ultimately like to find ONE kitchen gadget that does it all, rather than having a processor and a blender and who knows what else…
I am looking for a machine that, beyond making smoothies and the other obvious stuff, for example can: Grind or liquify dried fruits and nuts; kneed dough; whip cream; chop vegetables; and lots more…. Ideas or tips anyone!? Thank you.

In my opinion, I have not met and food processor that can do what a blender does and vice versa. So, when looking for a blender, look for a sturdy component (the part you pour stuff into). I prefer glass, it doesn’t scratch as easily as the hard plastic. You also want to look for the different levels of power (puree, crush, pulse, etc). A few basic ones have on/off If you need something small and multi-purpose. I love my MAGIC BULLET. For a food Processor, I have owned a cuisinart my whole life. All the different blades help make dough, mix, chop, shred…just about everything. Good Luck.
